What is the meaning of being an emerging artist, What implications the term “emerging” has and how can the art market influence the artist’s career and life path?
The "Emerging artist" terminology was made by associations for research and development young artists in the world, which collect artist from 16 to 35 years old.
For example in Italy we've got "G.A.I" Giovani Artisti Italiani, founded in Turin, which has place in all the department of culture of the main cities, or "Arte Giovane" in Milan, both have been important for many young artist that today are on the main art circuit, and into the art market as well.
Who had benefit, is not just the artist but all the institution as foundation or museum that buy cheap young artworks today, that will change up his price over time.
Young Art is a philosophy of art market but not take part to the process of the artist, I mean, the artist will make art anyway, and still be artist who has something to tell.
As in the past will be in the future.
